Registration

Once you have completed the online form, we will verify and activate your application and your Band will be assessed.  For more details on how we prioritise applications, click here. 

When your application is accepted on to the housing register we will write to tell you:

• Your registration number
• The band your application has been placed in and your effective date. 
• The number of bedrooms you are entitled to and what type of property you can bid for

You will then be able to start bidding.

You must tell us if there are any changes in your circumstances so that we can reassess your application and if necessary make changes to your band and priority date. If you do not do so, you could miss out on properties

Property Size

You will only be eligible for properties that are suitable for the size of your family. For more information on the property size you are eligible to bid for, click here.
